Each use of a process is defined by a **user file**. You have **access to all ongoing files**, regardless of the method chosen by the users. For each completed process, by clicking on "**View details**", you will have access to **various pieces of information**, such as:

===== 🛡️ File Status =====

**A process can be defined by several statuses:**
  * ⬜ **Canceled**: The user has exceeded the maximum time allowed to complete their process.
  * 🟥 **Failed**: Internal error in ID360.
  * 🟧 **KO**: The file is incorrect.
  * 🟩 **OK**: The file is correct.
  * 🟪 **Started**: The user has started their enrollment.
  * 🟦 **New**: The user file has just been created.

===== 📋 General Information =====

This section brings together all the key data that identify and describe a file and its associated process. It includes:

  * **Technical identifiers**: **File ID**, **Process ID** and **Process UUID**, **Owner ID**
  * **Business information**: **Company**, **Process name** and **version**, **Owner**
  * **Temporal data**: **Creation date**, **Start date**, **End date**
  * **Additional technical data**: **OID**, **Identification level**, and **Identification method** used
  * **File status**: Current state of the file (e.g. **OK**, **KO**, **Failed**)

===== 👤 Identity =====

This section contains the user’s personal information collected or entered during the process. It includes:

  * **First name** and **last name**
  * **Birth name**
  * **Gender**
  * **Postal address**: **Street address**, **Postal code**, **City**, **Country**
  * **Email address**
  * **Phone number**
  * **Date of birth**
  * **Place of birth**: **City** and **Country**

===== 🗂️ Elements to Collect and Verify =====
This section provides access to the details of the data and documents collected during the process, as well as the checks carried out. It is divided into three subsections:

==== 📋 Steps ====

This subsection lists the **steps of the process** executed for the file. Depending on the **process configuration**, some steps may trigger **AI models** that perform automatic checks. For each step, you will find: **name**, **dates** (creation/start/end), **status** (e.g. OK/KO/Failed), and **access to the result**.

==== 📄 Documents ====

This subsection lists all **documents collected** during the process. For each document, the following is provided: **name**, **number of pages**, **status** (e.g. VALID, COLLECTED), and a **view link**. It is also possible to download all documents in one click.

==== 🔍 Cross-Checks of Information ====
This subsection shows the results of **automatic comparisons** performed during the process to detect any inconsistencies. The checks may involve:
  * **Document ↔ Document**: Comparing information present on multiple documents (e.g. name, date of birth, address).
  * **Document ↔ Entered data**: Comparing the data extracted from a document with the information entered manually by the user.
