The **proof file** contains all data collected, documents submitted, and control results for a user during a **process**.  
It serves as the **technical and regulatory record** of all operations performed and can be used as **evidence** in the event of an audit, inspection, or dispute.

This section allows you to:
  * Understand the **structure and content** of a proof file (JSON format)
  * Learn **how to read and interpret** the different sections (statuses, documents, steps, extracted data, etc.)
  * Identify the **reasons for a failure** and locate the steps in error
