🔄 ID360 Capture Use Case
- The user accesses the client’s business service
- They are redirected to an ID360 URL for identification
- They complete the journey (identity and/or documents)
- The client is notified when enrollment is complete
- The user is redirected back to the business service
ID360 acts here as a trusted intermediary between the client and the user.
🔗 ID360 Service Use Case
- The user uploads documents directly on the client’s IS
- The IS pushes the documents to ID360
- ID360 performs the verifications and notifies the results
In this model, ID360 acts as a fully transparent service for the user.
