The Users Tab
Make sure your profile appears in the Users list and that your role is set as Administrator. This check ensures you have the necessary rights to access all administration features of the platform.
The Applications Tab
This step is essential to start API integration: create your first application by clicking on “Add an application”.
- Application ID: Give your application a name.
- Password: Set a secure password.
An application refers to the service interacting with ID360, such as an extranet, a mobile app, or an internal HR tool.
If you intend to use the ID360 solution in full SaaS mode, creating an application is not necessary.
The Processes Tab
General information
Enter a descriptive name for the process in the designated field.
The other fields are optional at this stage for a first test. For more details on process configuration, please visit this page.
Remote identity verification methods
Select one or more identity verification methods that you wish to offer your users.
The choice of your identification method will depend on the security level you want to implement as well as your process customization preferences.
The Electronic Identification Methods currently available via ID360 are:
- La Poste Digital Identity
- FranceConnect+
- SPID
The Docaposte Online Processes include:
- Certified PVID Process
- Customizable Online Process
The security levels are defined as follows:
- Non-substantial level: to reduce the risk of misuse or alteration of identity.
- Substantial level: to significantly reduce the risk of misuse or alteration of identity (equivalent to in-person face-to-face verification).
PVID Specificity: For your tests, to bypass human review, you must enable the following option in the process configuration: “The user must wait, at the final step, for the processing to complete before being redirected to the business site.”
Getting prior information accepted
This section allows you to add fields that the user must manually fill in. In API mode, it is possible to send fields such as first name, last name, and date of birth. This information will then be compared with data extracted from identity documents or provided by external electronic identification methods such as La Poste Digital Identity.
Documents to return to the business system
To add additional documents to be returned to the business system, you have two options:
- Select a document: Choose a document from the suggested list. You can then define the controls you want to apply to these documents.
- Add a free document: Enter the title of the document you are interested in under “Add a free document.” Note that these documents are collected only and will not be subject to validation checks. This option allows you to include documents that are not listed.
Custom controls
Depending on the required documents in the process or the verification methods selected, you can configure the authenticity checks and cross-verifications you wish to apply.
If you have selected identity document upload, make sure to check the option “Extract and verify the identity document”.
The basic controls available in this section include:
- Validation of the MRZ (Machine Readable Zone).
- Check that the document was not issued for a future date.
- Check that the document has not expired.
To learn more about the minimum required success rate, please contact your Customer Success Manager or refer to this page.
Settings
In this section, you can configure:
- Authorized identity documents: selection of accepted documents (ID card, passport, residence permit, driver’s license in card format).
- Default country code for phone numbers: pre-filled code for OTP by SMS or device change.
- Injection attack protection (passive liveness): levels Disabled, Intermediate (Chromium), Advanced (Chromium + Firefox alert).
- Authorized liveness checks: configuration of challenges (active liveness).
- Name to display in SMS: customization of the sender name for OTP messages.
Interface customization
You can also customize the interface of your process by uploading your logo and modifying the color scheme of texts and buttons to align with your brand identity.
Applications authorized to use the process
The application corresponds to your business system and allows you to configure the credentials to deploy on your server. Important Note: Don’t forget to select your application from the list of “Applications authorized to use the process”!
Note: You may have created several applications in advance and can authorize one or more to use your process.
If using the platform in full SaaS mode (without API), selecting an application is not required.
