📦 The 2 Available Integration Levels

Level Operating Mode Main Features
ID360 Capture Redirection from the business service - ID360 guides the user through document capture and verification (facematch and liveness)
- Notifies the client at the end of the enrollment
- Redirects the user back to the client’s site
ID360 Service REST API Integration - Documents are sent from the client’s IS
- Document verification via API
- Facematch verification (requires a photo)
- ID360 remains invisible to the end user

🔄 ID360 Capture Use Case

  1. The user accesses the client’s business service
  2. They are redirected to an ID360 URL for identification
  3. They complete the journey (identity and/or documents)
  4. The client is notified when enrollment is complete
  5. The user is redirected back to the business service
ID360 acts here as a trusted intermediary between the client and the user.

🔗 ID360 Service Use Case

  1. The user uploads documents directly on the client’s IS
  2. The IS pushes the documents to ID360
  3. ID360 performs the verifications and notifies the results
In this model, ID360 acts as a fully transparent service for the user.
