ID360 Monitoring
The ID360 platform provides a health check endpoint available at: https://id360docaposte.com/health
This endpoint allows you to verify the overall status of the platform’s technical services.
- The Global Status provides an overview of availability.
- ⚠️ Important: the /health URL must not be called automatically or too frequently.
- For automation purposes, a dedicated version is available: https://id360docaposte.com/health/?fast=true
Monitored Components

| CA 1 | ✅ Responding | Controls the Certification Authority (SEQ – ID360 acts as a Registration Authority). |
| Cold Storage | ✅ Operational | Verifies Arkhinéo archiving. |
| Database | ✅ Operational | Confirms the database is running properly. |
| Document Extraction | ❌ Decomm. | This service has been decommissioned. |
| France Connect | ✅ Responding | Verifies connectivity with France Connect. |
| ID360 IA Subsystem | ✅ Functional | Verifies connectivity to ID360’s AI models. |
| INPI | ✅ Responding | Verifies access to INPI for Kbis retrieval. |
| IPC (Inter Process Comm.) | ✅ Operational | Verifies inter-process communication. |
| Identité Numérique | ✅ Responding | Verifies the availability of La Poste’s Digital Identity service. |
| Infrastructure | ✅ OK | Verifies that the cloud infrastructure reports no errors. |
| Storage | ✅ Operational | Verifies file storage linked to evidence dossiers. |
Best Practices
- Use the global status as the main entry point.
- Do not perform automatic polling on the `/health` URL.
- For monitoring integration, prefer the /health/?fast=true endpoint.
- Only check detailed statuses in case of a suspected incident.
